John, i appreciate your (semi) kind posting. My .02? Thicken your skin and be fair with the courtesy criticisms. I missed your 'Janus' rebuke elsewhere. I decided from the get-go here to not to add supportive 'link' effort forth on any given subject. Why? I haven't seen one mind changed in all of my reading here, and frankly there won't be one changed from either side of AGW or the purported demise of the polar bear. I don't care how much information I post. It IS all political--for everyone! I did read from a fella who flat out said he was a liberal progressive, but that he still maintained a healthy element of skepticism of all data from both sides. I liked his approach! He was quickly skewered for his open-mindedness. Progressives need to fall lock-step...that is gospel. It is why when I addressed the obvious hypocrisies with leaders of the AGW movement, I was roundly attacked, those leaders given a pass. Watch...THAT WILL CONTINUE HERE. I have seen ad hominem comments here regarding religion, evolution and various other diversions put forth to besmirch those who have a differing 'traditional' opinion. All in all, a waste of time with people for which I have very little regard. That said, I do enjoy this forum and the wealth of birder info I gather here. Beautiful Spring here in north Idaho, the blue birds have returned en mass, and a ghost gray gyrfalcon has been weaving the hills and mountains in front of my abode....quite the sight!
