Hello,
I am not very familiar with European Birds so I don’t want to misidentify these birds and Merlin is giving me a few options per bird. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

welcome to Birdforum!

Agree with Bewick, but do you have more pictures of the Lark? Not a confident ID, but if forced, I would opt for a Theklas Lark:
  • Crest seems short and only raises from the rear head
  • bill seems stubby-rounded and quite short
  • head-patten is on the strong side for a Crested Lark
  • and is the alula quite long?
But thats a real tough ID issue and on many places in Europe only Crested Lark is present (but not on the Balearic Islands), and is identified as a Lark with a distinct crest, a bridled head-pattern, and regular by the distinct, ground-running action .

+ Lower mandible appears convex... did not know Thekla's occurred there, should of paid it more mind. Thanks for the correction.

Thank you!

And I actually have found one more picture of the lark. Maybe it will help.
