Growing in a public park, in Penzance.
Very attractive red hairs on all the stems.
Any ideas?
The bees appeared to love it.

Indeed a Geranium, something like G. macrorrhizum or G. × cantabrigiense.
Its petals look a bit narrower than of the examples I can find online, but the overall shape fits.
