Hi, I got this bird today in northern Virginia.

Cooper's, I think? What says you?
Thanks in advance!

Tricky angle but structurally I see a small (m) COHA. (Juv). SSHA has a more rounded head than I can see here and even though with the wrists push so far forward (which is better for SS) the neck/head seems to protrude beyond the carpal joints. The streaking is rather heavy (how variable is this?) but there is no obvious pale super and the position of the eye looks better for COHA imo.
(Not certain though another image might help as would viewing it on a larger screen!)
