Accipiters, Germany (1 Viewer)

Hi all! Have a couple of accipiter hawks to ID from Germany. The first is from Duvenstetder Brook in Hamburg, and I think the angular corners to its tail means its a sparrowhawk? I'm less sure about the second one, which came in off the North Sea at Cuxhaven

Second one a Sparrowhawk too. Goshawk has more protruding neck/head and broader body.

Sparrowhawk for the first. But the second one looks much more like a Harrier to me than any Accipiter.

with such a short hand must be a Sparrowhawk, angle of view giving narrow and long wings
