Accipiters, Germany (1 Viewer)

Hi all! Have a couple of accipiter hawks to ID from Germany. The first is from Duvenstetder Brook in Hamburg, and I think the angular corners to its tail means its a sparrowhawk? I'm less sure about the second one, which came in off the North Sea at Cuxhaven
