I know that BOURC-TSC and CSNA have already followed Gill et al. 2005, but the CAF does not (up to 2007, the latest CAF checklist I think), but I don’t know about the Swedish TC and German TC.We know that the AERC Tac decisions are based on votes, and from above I can see already 2 votes vs. 1 in the this matter.
