age pale chanting goshawk, south africa (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

not an id question per se, but was wondering if someone could help age this PCG. It appears to have pretty much full adult plumage but the eye colour still pale - normally adults have dark eyes. I'm guessing it would very soon loose the pale eye colour and look like a normal adult. from Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.

Less than 3 years old. At 3 they are fully mature and lost the yellow eye.
