All yellow bird (maybe a weaver?) - Jinja, Uganda (1 Viewer)

This bird from an April visit to Uganda (Jinja), along the Nile River, has me stumped.

Best guess is a Slender-Billed Weaver, but am not sure if I'm even in the right family.

Any ideas?
