If you look at them through binoculars you'll see iridescent colours. They are by no means dull, in colour. I've attached 2 pictures of a recent visitor to my garden  (a bit blurry due to a smudged part of the window I took the picture through). I think it looks almost as if the feathers have been painted on.  So why do so many people seem to hate Pigeons?</blockquote>
