I saw this bird well in the field and I know what species it is. I was curious to know if anyone can tell from this photo what it is. These are the best photos I was able to get. I think you can confidently identify it by the photo but not 100% sure. I will reveal the answer after people chime in.

I saw this bird clearly from the front and it was unquestionably marked like a Nelsons The way that the white belly formed a sharp demarcation with the yellow and brown streak of the breast. Are there any strong indications from this angle that it is not a Nelsons sparrow?

I did not get a good look at how bold the streaks on its chest were
