EDIT:

Oooh now... having had a better look at the article, could you give a bit more info please, as I see there's two subspecies (Small and Large Andaman Drongo); do you know which one it is? Knowing the island might help to sort that out.

If you could also let us know the approximate date you took the photo, it would be appreciated.
 
As there is no possibility to travel to Great Coco and Table (at least legally), it's certainly andamanensis.
