Yes, it looks like one to me - obvious central crown stripe, double wing bar, small black bill, dark eyestripe forming a 'spot' o the rear ear coverts.

I would say yes Jean. The likely confusion species at this location is a passage Chinese Leaf Warbler which can be eliminated by a combination of well defined median crown stripe, contrasting lateral stripes, 'hook-ended' eyestripe. dark primary bases and tiny, all dark bill.

Again I would stress the importance of vocalisations (song + call) as key to confirm a positive ID in this complex.
