My wife is a "CONSTANT" enemy of squirrels, AKA Tree Rats. We're always on the lookout for effective ways to combat the menace. Live inside the municipal limits of our town, so a judicious discharge of a 12 gauge shotgun in their direction is sadly out of the question.

The 'Magic Halo' works! Since I built the device and mounted on my feeder I have not SEEN ONE SPARROW! Just 4 paperclips, 8 feet of string, and 4 bolts. My feeder is filled with a mix of safflower, sunflower, and nyjer.
