So after two months we are finally done with going through all the pictures trying to ID every speck of dust in the corner that looks suspiciously like a bird, so I can proudly present you the report.

We visited the following locations in a month:
Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero reserve)
Esteros del Iberá (Colonia Pelegrini)
El Soberbio - Saltos del Moconá
Iguazu falls (both sides)
Sama reserve, Tarija
Uyuni and the SW circuit (Laguna Colorada etc.)
Tupiza and around
Calilegua national park + San Francesco
Jujuy and around
and I followed up to Malargue, Mendoza for another week.

Together, we have photographed (and thus, seen - except for birds that I know very well, I don't trust anything that is not on my SD card) 154 species, from which 121 were the first time for us.

They are summarised in the galery: https://picasaweb.google.com/111445877853994268621/JizniAmerikaIIPtaci#

(Sorry for the Czech, but there ale also English and Latin names to everything. The first 121 are the new ones, then there are the ones we already knew.)

Interestingly enough, we have now seen more different species of birds in South America than in our own country! We could probably have seen even more, but the trip was not fully centered around birding, we just travelled around cool places.

Also, many thanks to the memebrs of this forum who helped immensely with the bird identification!
