[QUOTE="brocknroller, post: 1600271, member: 665"] John, I'm not sure if that question was directed at me, personally, or to all the members of the "Le Club International des Passionnés de SE". But as for me, as soon as I receive my $100,000 investment back from Bernie Madoff, I'm going to pool my life savings with some other members of the international SE devotee’s club, and we're going do a 3-D immersive video conference with Rick in Tokyo and show our designs to his Japanese Angel investor friends to come up with the rest of the financing for research, development, and production a new line of premium-quality porros aimed not at Boomers, who have already been sucked into the roof prism blackhole event horizon, but Gen X birders, hunters, and sports fans, who know they are not going to make as much money as their parents and will be looking for “quality optics and a price you can afford”. I’m already working with a focus group of Gen X’s, and the feedback for a new generation of porros has been very favorable. But we’re not going to locate our factories in China. It’s too crowded, too polluted, and the PR agency we’ve retained to represent us (Crispin Porter & Bogusky) feel that the words “Made in China” would taint the strong quality brand identification we’re trying to build. So we’re going to ask Horukuru to find some space for us at the Karamunsing Warehouse in Sabah at Borneo Island. And we can use the clients of his birding tours to get feedback on our prototypes and tweak any bugs before turning the ad campaign over to Bogusky. The problem with premium porros is not lack of waterproofing, slow focus, and touchy eyepieces, but their lack of mystique. "Made in Exotic Borneo" will lend new mystique to porros. We also want to get in on the tax breaks to locate our business off-shore before the Obama Administration closes that door. The brand name will be IGNATION-X BINOCULARS ™, named after Ignatio Porro, whose 1854 Italian patent for a prism erecting system marked the beginning of porro binoculars. Currently, we are trying to line up a North American distributor and Western Angel investors. John, you sound like a guy with a good head on his shoulders, who knows a good thing when he sees it, so we are going to let you in on the ground floor of this potential multi-million dollar enterprise. We have no competitors, so we can’t go wrong! PM me for a prospectus and directions on how to send your $100,000 investment via Western Union.
