The Eponym Dictionary of Birds claims:

Luiza Lencioni is the wife of Brazilian ornithologist, collector and artist Frederico Lencioni.

Old key:

Luiza Lencioni (fl. 1990) wife of Brazilian ornithologist Frederico Lencioni (Asthenes).

In Frederico Lencioni-Neto & Albino M. Sakakibara (2015): A new species of Enchenopa (Hemiptera: Membracidae) from the Brazilian Atlantic Fores, ZOOLOGIA 32 (3): 257–259 we can find about Enchenopa luizae sp. nov

Etymology. The species is dedicated to Luiza Maria de Atayde Lencioni (first author’s wife) for her support on his research activities

Quick one ... for what it's worth.

According to the International Dragonfly Fund (here); the Wife of the Brazilian ornithologist Frederico Lencioni (Neto) seems to be this Lady: "Luiza Maria de Atayde Lencioni (b. 1948)".

On top of the Dragonfly "Enchenopa luizae", described by "Frederico Lencioni-Neto & Albino M. Sakakibara" (in 2015), she also seems to be commemorated in the Dragonfly "Telebasis luizae" Lencioni, 2010, apparently described by their Son Frederico Augusto de Atayde Lencioni (-Neto), born 1970, who, in his turn, seems to be commemorated in the Dragonfly "Mnesarete lencionii" Garrison, 2006, ... and onwards.

Either way, it sure looks like a Family, keen on Dragonflies!
