That tail is very suspicious and songlark-y. Amongst other things it looks like a Brown Songlark on further analysis.

Or maybe its a Rufous. I'm sure I can see some reddish colour near the tail there.

Hahaha, no, no photo of that Lewin's Rail - it was possibly the most uncooperative bird I've ever seen... bloody skulker.... |;|

Also, how do you know it's from that one day at warriewood? Could be from somewhere else :)

I don't. At the moment I don't think I can even see a bird in that photo. It's not one of those butterflies is it? A Caper Gull would be at home in that habitat.

Difficult photo, but if I'm seeing it right the stance looks like it could be a Cisticola. A Golden-Headed?
