White-browed? Seems a closer match colour wise and I did see them in that general area
Well maybe. I feel that the dark lores on the photo are real which should rule that out. I'd also expect to see more of a boundary between the blue-grey of the chest and the chestnut underparts. (I'm not convinced the underparts are chestnut.)

Could you give the location and date? Thanks.
Looks fine for white-browed woodswallow, and I can't see black-faced woodswallow working. I can't see a reason to doubt the (overexposed) photo's colours.
Taken in the Sydney area in November
 
100% White-browed Woodswallow.

No self-respecting Black-faced is going to sit in a lush tree like that. They prefer the driest, most drought-ridden places. Also, it looks exactly like a WBW.
