I have to admit I did wonder if you were automatically including the 400 f5.6 in your comments, as it mentioned the 100-400 and as the 400mm prime is also within that focal-length bracket I assumed you did.I intend to get a t.c. for my 400mm and, hopefully, from what I have read, it should provide decent enough quality.
