Hi, I was in Lumphini Park this morning and I have two questions. The first is are these two herons both Striated Herons (pictures 1-7)? The blue one ( picture 1-3) seems more like a night heron to me.

Second is this heron a Javan Pond Heron? Pictures (8-11)

The white edgings to the feathers makes them all Striated I believe. And I the pond heron looks more like a Chinese from its head colour as the feathers are molting.
