Seen this beauty yesterday whilst out on a local walk here in Derbyshire. Anybody know what it is?

Also, does anybody know of any decent website for Beetles, Bugs etc??

Cheers!

Think it's Green Tiger Beetle but there could be similar species, I'm not sure. Can't help with a decent web-site though.

Yes, Cicindela campestris.
There is no satisfactory on-line site for all insects. Indeed, there are few comprehensive sites for the different orders although there are some ever-improving ones - especially for beetles e.g. http://www.coleopterist.org.uk/ which has a checklist and photogallery of British beetles and http://www.koleopterologie.de/gallery/ which has a bigger gallery of wider European beetles. There are similar sites for bugs and other orders.
Nonetheless a book-key (or many) are essential for identification down to species in many/most cases and an elementary book will be very useful for sorting out the Order and possibly Family.
Good luck!
