It's continued to look largely the same, but  the optics may have changed over the years. The photo below is from the Winter 1987 catalogue. $169 in 1987 dollars would be the equivalent of about $330 now. I saw that binocular about 1994 and was quite impressed by the view. About 6 or 7 years later I recommended it to a beginning birder who needed long eye relief. To my dismay the binocular she received looked similar, but seemed much inferior optically to my memory of the old one. I'm not sure whether the change was in the binocular or me.Sorry, I don't have a 1999 catalogue.Henry</blockquote>
