So I think the focal length is 1377mm  for this 100ED telescope using that camera[I think]. I have a picture of the same area I took with the 80ED. I will try to find it. Looking through an eyepiece is usually a lot better. I found the 80ED picture.    Rui,  I would say your picture is very good considering handheld and the distance.</blockquote>
