Some well-founded constructive criticism would perhaps be a good thing but what I've seen just takes it to stupid levels.The man's a fantastic, obviously highly knowledgeable birding presenter and he does a fine job, and to be honest people just disregarding his contribution and just slagging him off constantly is especially nasty when you consider all the stuff about his clinical depression etc.I'll be very sad to see him go, especially if as I bet this flak has had a sizable influence. His contributions even when sometimes truculent are much more enjoyable to me than the often vacuous nature of the rest of the programme, e.g. the pitifully bogus nature of the "squirrel assault course" from last season.</blockquote>
