An Ebay seller has multiple used pairs of the Fujifilm/Fujinon KF 8x32, which reportedly are the same as the vaunted Sightron Sii BS2s, for $75.

Fujifilm KF 8x32 Roof Prism Binocular

https://www.ebay.com/itm/233423849610

They are listed as used but some feedback from previous buyers is that they appear new.

The link leads to a pair that was sold. Seller has 5 more available at this item number: 233604394961 (eBay)

The eyecups for the Nikon SE models also fit the Nikon EII models. In fact some people who use the EIIs w/o glasses prefer the SE's eyecups because they're a bit longer and therefore can prevent blackout issues caused by too much ER.

This subject has been discussed before on here, I don't believe the eyecups fit both models.

The SE has been discontinued, and eyecups are not available any longer
from Nikon. The EII still a current model, so I suspect eyecups are still available.

As Brock said in the thread below:
"SE eyecups and EII eyecups are the same diameter and are interchangeable":

Joachim has provided measurements of the SEs and EIIs eyecups showing that only their lengths are different, as I said in my post:

The pair in link above has already been sold, but the seller also has a second pair that is still available:

There's a used Cabela's Guide Series 8X32 on eBay. I've bought from this seller before with excellent transactions. I can't imagine a better $200 8X32. Someone might want to give this one a try:

I have been watching this seller for about a month now. I am trying to figure out if this seller is a over enthusiastic buyer like some of us who is just buying and re-selling from his own personal collection or one that is just a re-seller from other sources for mere profit. Regardless he seems to have a large variety of mid to high level inventory offering 30 day returns.

I believe he is a re-seller from ebay and other sources, he sells more binos than Chuck and Dennis combined (check his feedback too). His prices are a bit on the high side, imo, but he does offer free shipping and free returns.

Just saw a Kowa Genesis 8.5x44 in mint condition posted on eBay for $650 OBO. Heck of a price for that glass, if I hadn’t just bought a different pair to try I would probably jump on them!

Binoculars/Camera Accessories

I am always looking for aftermarket accessories for my binos. Here is a list of new accessories in one place and at rather reasonable prices:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/rod_ald/m.html?item=363006527062&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

A few recommendations from my own experience (using seller's reference numbers):
-Nikon HGL case (#1050): I am using this type of case for Swaro 32mm and EDG 32mm, much easier to use than the original cases that come with these binos
-Leica countered strap (#1068): one of the best straps out there that distributes weight on your shoulders rather than your neck
-Nikon rainguard ((#1062-64): much better rainguard for SE and EII binos than their original rainguards.
-Nikon case (#1042 and 1052): roomier and easier to use case for SE 32mm and EII 30mm binos than the original cases.

Opticron DBA VHD 8x42 Binoculars

Honey Creek Bill & Beek ... Now have the Opticron DBA VHD 8x42 binocular 30644 on sale for $676. This is one of the lowest prices I have seen. I have purchased from Gordon in the past, I highly recommend him.

Here is the Opticron DBA VHD 8x42 binocular 30679 for $589.00 on Ebay with free shipping. The older 30644 model is discontinued and has been replaced by the 30679.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Opticron-I...125231?hash=item5d8b7c1c2f:g:AFUAAOSwp-Zc5b8f

Correction .... The binocular you referenced on Ebay is the Imagic not the DBA 30644 which was replaced by the VHD + 30693. The Imagic has a single hinge and the VHD a double hinge. Info right from Opticrons web site.

Excellent centre sharpness for views of the bird bath or feeder during lockdown. Opticron HR WP 10x42 at Cambrian Photography for £75. Looks pretty new apart from rubber bloom which could be fixed with some 303 Aerospace Protectant (a few quid from Ebay).
