This glass is fairly sharp accross the whole fov. It doesn't have the deepest dof but, focus it at your intended target and you get a very pleasant view! [QUOTE="stereotruckdriver, post: 1754652, member: 62798"] Well the Pentax 20x60 PCF WP II arrived today! Judging from the outer box I was a little hesitant about signing for them!!! But, they are infact intact!!! A few initial test's proved they are collimated! First, today atmospheric condition's are crummy! Will post more about the optics when I get the chance. First impression's are very favorable though! Did some viewing over the lake at some high contrast targets, metal roof's, ton's of waterfowl on the lake with breezy condition's and lot's of sun! Watched the pr. of Bald Eagles in there nest, hence the purchase of this particular glass! All in all quite pleased. Was not able to detect alot of cal? I assume it's by design with the rather shallow fov of this glass with the added mag that's how they are able to reduce the cal? I'm no expert so please chime in? This glass is fairly sharp accross the whole fov. It doesn't have the deepest dof but, focus it at your intended target and you get a very pleasant view!
