Spotted on outskirts of Pune in Western India in Jan 2017.
Initially thought it was some flycatcher, then thought it was a Petronia, then though warbler. Still not sure! Any ideads

It's a Phylloscopus, due to black legs I'd say (Siberian?) Chiffchaff.

I was thinking that too, but it seems to have some greenish tones on the upperparts as well as on the wings. Or is that from the strong yellow on the wing-bend?

Seems a little too greenish on upperside for a classic tristis but they may vary quite a bit. Surely a Chiffchaff which ssp. I'm not certain though.
