Bird Identification Oban (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone could help. My dad has followed wildlife his full life and has recently bought a few wildlife cameras which we recently used in Oban, 11th October - 18th October. We managed to capture a bird on one of the cameras which he is unable to identify and as I don't know a lot it is has me stumped too. He is 69 and suffers from dementia so his mind isn't what it used to be but he can still identify most birds he sees. I have tried for as long as I can looking through pictures of birds online trying to find something similar but only thing I have found similar is a Whitethroat. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Image isn't the best quality but hopefully get some answers. I have attached link to image as I cant seem to upload it here.

Thanks in advance

Hard to see it clearly, but to me it looks awfully like a Treecreeper, is it like this one attached? (pic I took earlier this year), if so then yes its a Treecreeper.

Hi dbarr and a warm welcome to you from all the Staff and Moderators. Yep, my all-time favourite woodland bird is a Treecreeper!

All things Scottish can be found here. Also, keep an eye on threads titled something like Scottish Bashes; we try to meet up occasionally and they're always great fun. You'd be most welcome to join us on another if you can manage.

I'm sure you will enjoy it here and I look forward to hearing your news.
