Restless Flycatcher is split on the Oz checklist, which is following IOC. I agree it's one of the two species mentioned before.....

Dark under-tail pretty much rules out White-winged Triller, even though they can, under the right conditions, be extremely common in that area.

There are scattered records of Restless Flycatcher in the area, and this looks just like one to me.

I saw my first Paperbark Flycatchers near Georgetown, five hours west of Cairns, back in 2008. They were certainly separate then.
