Bird of Prey Identification, Korcula, Croatia (1 Viewer)

Is anybody able to identify this bird from this picture please? Taken in Smokvica, Korcula island, Croatia. Very pale body and larger than a Common Buzzard if that helps. Seen soaring over the forest pictured and perching from different tree tops.
