The initial plan is to launch three teams at a certain country park (to be announced in due course) but I may extend the surveys depending on the level of interest. I am hoping to use other volunteers to make up some of the teams but I need more experienced birders too if possible. The surveys will utilise Territory Mapping techniques so experience of this will be an advantage but good identification skills are essential. The surveys are quite demanding and will be voluntary but it would be good to get a few extra people onboard. I will explain a little more in a few weeks or months but if you are interested, please post here or PM me. There is nothing particularly hush-hush about this project but I don't want to announce something more extensive than what may actually take place at this stage (I have my pride...LOL).</blockquote>
