It does have some slight differences in the size and arrangement of the rubber/metal sections...in the fact that there aren't "click stops" at certain focal lengths....and in that the external markings are decidely different (though, obviously this last is easily changed).Your thoughts are always appreciated.Thanks.</blockquote>
