Wild, Wild West ................... ern Spindalis
#30!

Glossy Ibis, Canada Goose, and Least Sandpiper.

That's the combo! 11 point for PrairieMerlin I actually had planned on shooting the two bigger birds, and only later did I spot the little Least running around in the back. It was a nice bonus for a full day at Jamaica Bay (a different day than the Whistling-Ducks though, I think).

Some may groan, but I think this one should also be solved fairly quickly, so 10 pts. G'luck!

I figure thats the Curlew Sandpiper that recently visited NY.
i guess Curlew Sandpiper. i was gonna guess dunlin, but the primary projection goes beyond the tail, which is not common in dunlins

In the quiz photo taken at Jamaica Bay I have circled three of the birds. The white circled birds I thought were as marked. What is the bird circled in yellow? I thought it might be a Glossy Ibis.

And just where is the American Coot?

OK here it is: they're all marked.

I don't think the duck in the lower right corner is identifiable, but I'd guess it to be another Black Duck.

Purple Gallinule.

Ya! These birds actually CAN fly!

Wakodahatchee Wetlands, FL. Same bird that's in my avatar, after he was fed up with the camera clicking.

Here's a scenic with a 20- point bird in there...
