Quite close now! We have strayed from the correct egret, and there's a common, small wetland bird over on the left that hasn't been named yet. 38 points.

I would agree with Red-shouldered, but I'll take it another step.
'Florida' Red-shouldered Hawk, Buteo lineatus extimus, an adult.
