'Florida' Red-shouldered Hawk, Buteo lineatus extimus, an adult.

If is a red-shouldered hawk, is it the one with the snake??
It is not. This guy was again photographed at Green Cay on the 1st of this year. I only saw it perched. The RSHA with the snake was a whopping 3.5 miles NW in the Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge. 5 points to you for being so smart.
