I have a query related to the Birdguide series of products.
I've just got a Samsung YP-P3JEB (16Gb) player for my better half and I'm looking for a bird sounds and video/photo package for it.
I've had a look at the Birdguide catalogue; they have two or three products that are of interest. The iPod ones are probably not applicable here.
The obvious one is the MP4 version which would seem to do the job fine for twenty quid.
There is also the more expensive British Birds Video Guide which seems to feature the same species but is designed for a PC.
My main query is as to whether the latter will also run on the Samsung MP3 player. That way she could have the best of both worlds, on the laptop at home and MP3 player when out.
Has anyone tried uploading the British Birds Video Guide onto an MP3 player?
There's also the DVD ROM as well, but I'm really not sure where that fits in at all.
Any other useful advice or alternative suggestions would be welcome.
(I didn't go for an iPod as a dictaphone facility was required too.)
