Hello! I spotted some good flight deals to Italy in December and am exploring birding options. My husband and I are traveling together, both birders, both photographers. We like to bird independently and also take in the local sights. We would fly in to Rome but are open to taking a train elsewhere or renting a car. What would be the best spots to see birds this time of year? Any advice appreciated!
