Birds at Feeder in Austin Texas (1 Viewer)

I just noticed that the titmice serm to know when the peanuts are ready.

After I shook up the feeder and the peanuts filled in the portals, 2 titmice came to the feeder. They must be able to see quite well. When the plastic top is full but no nuts are in the portal, they don't land on the little perching pegs.

After a shake, we get visitors.

Hope this helps others who want backyard visitors.
