Ok, like Nick I don't have any of my own photos to post here(the back catalogue is on the home computer and I'm on the laptop now). Hoping no-one minds I've knicked a photo from the BF gallery and cropped it down.

That is sort of cheating, Nick, but I guess you was only checking that Luke was right...which he was. The photo in the gallery is of the Grey Phal I saw this winter, and it was a very obliging bird, I could've posted my own photo of it if I hadn't chosen to leave the camera in the car! Oh well...

Don't worry, not cheating, just wanted to see if Luke was right before the answer came out, won't be doing that for a first guess. Is this one a Grey Partridge?
