Dear members and bird watchers!

I recorded a Racket-tailed Treepie this morning. About 9 seconds in to the recording there is a bird with a quick TWI TWI TWI. Anyone know what bird this is?

The treepies was very close but impossible to say if it is a call or song as they had so many different sounds
