I decided to head to the coast and chose Scarborough for no particular reason. On the drive there were a few cars at the side of the road and a bunch of birders with there scopes out.I pulled in to see what they were looking at and there was a pair of Common Cranes in the field. A lifer for me at the time!I continued on to Scarborough to find as I parked on the cliff top, more birders racing down the cliff path, so once again I followed and out on the beach was a Ross's gull, another lifer and a bird I haven't seen again since.</blockquote>
