A friend of mine has entered around 29 days worth of records back in May and June 2024. It involves many separate sites over the period. How would they give me access to that data please so that I can use it to produce a trip report? Many thanks for any advice.

Explore Data > Explore My Records > Enter Date as a range > make further selections e.g. place or species if you want to > Create Output > Download > Select all the fields you want (or just leave as default). This should give a spreadsheet with records that you can do what you like with. Note that you'll have to go on to the second tab for the individual records.
