Birdwatching in Poland (1 Viewer)

I have just been on a short trip to the far south, based on Niedzica on the Slovakian border. The trip concentrated on owls and woodpeckers: we had cracking views of Ural and Pygmy Owls in daylight but missed out on Tengmalm's. Woodpeckers were in short supply but we saw seven species and heard two others - the only one we missed altogether was Green. 135 species in four days.
