Hi, I have two predators to recognize - from not the best photos
Is it Black Kite in your opinion ?

And second Falcon - which one ?
(today Poland )

First bird looks more like marsh Harrier to me (wing, tail shape etc)

Underwing pattern seems to be wrong.

Without a field guide handy, I can't comment on the underwings. In the first image, though, overall shape and face pattern seem good for Marsh Harrier to me.
