Bluetit incubating behaviour (1 Viewer)

We have a nest box with a camera and have a pair of bluetits using it again this year. We have enjoyed watching the female build the nest and lay 8 eggs. However, since then she has been sitting on the eggs (presumably infertile) for over 7 weeks! Has anyone else seen this go on for so long?
