Hello! I need help with the ID of this gull. Any opinions will be appreciated.

the long white tongues to outer primaries, especially the rectangular ending p10 tongue. that said, also some argentatus can show this, but in that case usually with even less black in wingtip, especially less black on p6. to complicate matters, even cachinnans can have a restricted p5 mark. and to me, bill shape plus yellow legs also indicate cachinnans parentage.
