Lovely evocative pics and lighting

your "felis silvestris" translates as Wildcat rather than Bobcat in English

By chance I was in the same area at the same time and saw the cat in the very same place - read report here, locality explained.

Went there myself for Eagle Owl, but lucked out. Did have lots of other goodies there.

Just wondered as we saw Wildcat on our trip in another gorge..which beat most of the bird sightings.

there is an area called Suha reka situated in the north east corner of Bulgaria that offers a good diversity of birds including the ones that can be seen on the coast. see some info about the area here www.naturetravel.eu
