Bunting help: Panjin, Liaoning, China (1 Viewer)

I have been going back and forth on ID of some bunting recently found at the Panjin Wetland Park, Panjin, Liaoning, China.

It doesn't show here, but I was definitely able to discern a bunting type crest being slightly raised intermittently. I observed in binoculars and can verify that the yellowish cast to the underparts was present and not just from the light filtering through the willow leaves. Strong striping on the flanks with a clean yellowish belly. Note the white on the underpart of the tail. Had a definite thin black eyestripe and white beard. No wing-bars observed.

Possible Yellow-Breasted Bunting?

Thanks Grahame,

I am lucky to see even one Black-faced B. a year here, but had at least 15 in this flock. I knew it was familiar but I just wasn't putting my finger on it.
