Would like help with the ID of this bird.

The bird was seen at the southern entrance to Kafue NP, Zambia, on 25 Nov. 16°41'34.0"S 26°01'53.3"E.

Merlin says the Burchell's is uncommon at this location and suggests it is the Meves's. I think the tail is too sort for the Meve's.
