Buzzard eastern France (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

got a photo collage from a friend of a friend showing a curiously colored buzzard. Not sure if it could be a Long-legged Buzzard or if this coloration is within the variation of Common Buzzard.
Photos taken in France close to the border with Luxembourg about two weeks ago.

Thanks for your help

Greetings
Leo

Possible vulpinus influnce?

Given that Dick Forsman states that they aren't sure where Steppe begin and end, they could be all over the place.
